Context: Incyte Corporation is a Delaware corporation headquartered in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. Incyte has aggressively defended Jakafi in court. In October 2025, it secured a consent judgment and permanent injunction against Hikma Pharmaceuticals in the District of New Jersey, blocking Hikma’s generic ruxolitinib until all five core patents-in-suit expire.
