ParTec expands supercomputer patent enforcement campaign: sues Hewlett Packard Enterprise at UPC Munich LD

Context: ParTec AG and its licensing agent BF exaQC AG have spent close to two years building a supercomputer patent enforcement campaign that started with a U.S. lawsuit against Microsoft, which settled ahead of trial (May 12, 2026 ip fray article), and has since produced UPC complaints against Nvidia in the Munich Local Division (LD), Lenovo in Dusseldorf LD (May 27, 2026 ip fray article), and Google and AMD/Bull in Mannheim (July 6, 2026 ip fray article).
