Netlist adds new ITC complaint against Micron, Broadcom, Google, and Nvidia; “intends to rely on… Samsung” to prove domestic industry

Context: Netlist has crossed swords with Micron Technology in numerous cases in United States district courts (June 2, 2026 ip fray article) and at the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), where it filed an unfair import complaint over Micron’s alleged infringement of patents relevant to DDR5 RDIMMs and MRDIMMs technologies (August 13, 2026 ip fray article). Last week the ITC instituted that investigation, which also names Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Lenovo, and Supermicro as respondents (September 23, 2026 ITC notice).
