IP Dealmakers U.S. to feature District Judge panel discussion (November 5-7)

The 12th annual IP Dealmakers Forum will bring together over 350 corporate IP leaders, investors, innovators, and advisors at the Hotel Van Zandt in Austin, Texas, from November 5 to November 7, 2025.

This year, the IP Dealmakers Forum will also be held alongside an inaugural one-day event on how artificial intelligence and emerging technologies are transforming IP transactions, strategy, and monetization (IP Dealmakers AI+EmTech). There are a further three additions this year:

  • Corporate IP Breakout: A dedicated track for in-house executives, focused on actionable strategies to transform IP portfolios and align IP with strategic business objectives.
  • Expanded Networking & 1:1 Meetings: Enhanced matchmaking tools and dedicated spaces to foster high-value connections, drive deal flow, and deliver tangible business outcomes.
  • Women of IP Dealmakers: A special new event celebrating and connecting women in IP transactions and monetization—featuring meaningful dialogue, mentorship, and networking among female leaders and rising stars.

The Forum will cover a vast range of topics, from the Tillis Tax, to how policy shifts and administrative changes have reshaped the United States Patent Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and this year’s biggest deals, awards, and settlements, to the ins and outs of video licensing (key layers of the technology stack, FRAND versus non-FRAND obligations, and strategic approaches, and challenges for both licensors and licensees).
