Xiaomi was represented by Hogan Lovells (lead counsel: Dr. Henrik Lehment), ASUS (in the UPC case in question) by EIP (Isabelle Schaller together with Arnold Ruess’s Dr. Marina Wehler and Dr. Arno Risse (“RiĂźe” in German)), and ISC by Wildanger (Dr. Alexander Reetz).

In an ASUS v. OPPO case pending in the Munich I Regional Court, ASUS is being  represented by Arnold Ruess’s Dr. Marina Wehler, Dr. Arno Risse (“Riße” in German), Dr. Lisa Rieth, Dr. Julius Winkler, Victoria Thuesing (“Thüsing” in German) and Felix Koetterheinrich (“Kötterheinrich” in German), together with a Cohausz & Florack team led by patent attorney Dr. Christoph Walke.
