7. UPC achievement lists launched by ip fray to recognize law firms that secure outcomes
ip fray has launched a new set of achievement lists highlighting law firms that have delivered concrete results in UPC and SEP litigation, focusing on concrete, verifiable outcomes rather than traditional tiered rankings. The initiative highlights firms that have secured results such as preliminary injunctions, appeal reversals, and FRAND-related decisions, and is being rolled out in version 1.0 with more than 20 participating firms. Additional entries are expected as further achievements are submitted and documented, with broader expansion planned in 2026.
