While Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems have become an increasingly popular tool in research and development and patent drafting (Deep IP, Patent Bots, Solve Intelligence etc.), the moment engineers and patent professionals become over-dependent on AI, they “risk more than disappointment”, according to Dr.-Ing. Robert Klinski, a patent attorney and founder of Germany-based firm PATENTSHIP.
