In the EPO proceedings, TP-Link is being represented by Dr. Stefan Richter of Clifford Chance (ip fray firm profile with various achievements).
Earlier today we launched our law firm achievement lists (Honoring lawyers who secure outcomes in UPC and SEP cases). This is the first new achievement we’ve identified and routinely added after the original publication of this article to (a) Clifford Chance’s profile and (b) Section 3.07 of the UPC achievement lists. It is a SEP, but when SEPs that are being asserted in the UPC are invalidated, we list the invalidation achievement on the UPC achievements page.
