Telef贸nica successfully defends SEP suit: WiLAN PAE fails to convince German appeals court of infringement
WiLAN patent assertion entity Wireless Future Technologies, Inc. has lost an appeal it filed in the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe in a case against Telef贸nica over the alleged infringement of one of the PAE鈥檚 key LTE-related patents. The case targets Telef贸nica base stations originally manufactured by Huawei.
