Maxell notches partial USITC win against Samsung as Galaxy import ban recommended

Context: Maxell and Samsung Electronics have been locked in a multi-jurisdiction patent dispute since late 2023. Maxell filed a complaint at the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) in December 2024 asserting various claims of six patents, accusing over 40 different Samsung smartphones and tablets of infringement.
