In the UPC, the cases are being overseen by Presiding Judge Edger Brinkman, Judge Margot Kokke, and Judge Stefan Schilling (Hamburg).
In all three jurisdictions (UPC, UK and Ireland), BioNTech is being represented by a team at Powell Gilbert: Tess Waldron, Joel Coles, Penny Gilbert, Peter FitzPatrick, and Charlotte Malley.
