Kisaco Research’s annual Pharma and Biotech Patent Litigation Summit Europe will be held at the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam from January 18 to January 21, 2026. The fourth-ever edition is expected to host roughly 800 attendees, with 45% in-house counsel, and has been re-branded to include a dedicated track for tech and innovation litigation, too.
The summit will start off with a day-long UPC litigation forum, and will then split into the two tracks: pharma and biotech, and tech and innovation. Panels will focus on UPC case law, cross-border strategies, SEP and FRAND enforcement, injunctions, Bolar exemptions, SPCs, second medical use, interim licenses, and competition law.
