The UK Supreme Court is due to hear Tesla’s pool rate determination case against InterDigital and Avanci from April 27 to April 29. Today, it added The Fair Standards Alliance, ACT | The App Association, The Motion Picture Association, the Computer & Communications Industry Association, and the International Center for Law & Economics as intervenors to the case.
