- Germany (antitrust trial scheduled for February 4, 2026), and

- ZTE brought a FRAND determination in China, where a decision could come down any moment.
- Other litigants still tend to focus on a single venue, but Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) is the next Samsung:
- Its Brazilian declaratory judgment (DJ) action was practically defeated by Nokia winning the race to the courthouse, even if only by 66 seconds (November 2, 2025 ip fray article).
- In the UK, WBD obtained an antisuit injunction against Nokia (December 1, 2025 ip fray article).
