China announces first-ever patent pool: solar panel entities join forces
China’s first-ever patent pool has officially launched, under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), established by solar panel manufacturers Trina Solar, JA Solar, and JinkoSolar.
